From Bottle to Bed
Plastic bottles are transformed into soft, high-performance polyester fibres, then spun into durable, premium bedding—fully traceable from origin to your bed.

1. Collect & Reimagine
We begin with everyday plastic bottles—collected from recycling centres, communities, even ocean-bound areas. Clear bottles and lids are sorted and gently cleaned, clearing the way for new life.

2. Shred & Purify
The bottles are then shredded into small flakes and washed once again to remove any labels or residue. This meticulous cleaning ensures a high-quality foundation.

3. Melt into Chips
These clean flakes are heated and extruded into uniform resin “chips”—pellets
designed for optimal consistency in fibre production. -
4. Extrude into Filaments
The recycled resin chips are melted again and forced through tiny holes in an extruder to form fine polyester filaments. Each filament is then cooled, drawn for strength, and stretched to perfection.

5. Spin into Yarns
These filaments are bundled, spun, and treated—becoming soft, lightweight microfibre yarns. They maintain all the performance properties you expect from premium polyester, minus the virgin materials.
