Cost of delivery

Freight will be calculated per order, based on cubic weight and dimensions.

Processing your order and availability

Orders are processed at our office and warehouse in Melbourne, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch your stock within 5 working days from receipt of order or payment (if you do not have a trading account with us).

If we cannot supply any of the items in your order, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm how you would like to proceed. We cannot be held responsible if our products are not available at a given point in time.

Delivering your order

Please provide a property address for delivery of all orders.
