Returns

Our returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, particularly when quality, colour and design are so important. Due to different computer monitors, colours may slightly vary. Exchanges and returns on any items purchased online with us, must be within 10 days of receipt of goods. Requested exchange items are subject to availability. All returns must be unused and unwashed, in original packaging and/or with tags attached and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

Returns instructions

Visit the Contact Us page and submit an enquiry regarding 'Returns' with your order number and details of what you would like to return or exchange. Once your enquiry has been received, a returns authority will be issued.

Complete the Returns Authorisation form and pack it securely with the products and invoice for return.
For your security we recommend that you use an insured or tracked parcel service for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for products that we do not ship. Please retain a copy of this information.

Mail the return to:
William A.Mcneil & Co Pty Ltd
Attn: Online Returns Processing Dept
400 Foleys Road
Derrimut VIC 3026

We will send confirmation via email once your return or exchange has been received and processed. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase.
